Marsh sweeps North Alabama Speedway season opener
Bryant Marsh kicked off his 2021 season in grand style on Saturday night. Behind the wheel of his Modern Woodmen No. 1 Midway Marine / XR1 Rocket Chassis/ Eagle Racing Engine Late Model, Marsh wired the field to claim the lid-lifting win.
“We couldn’t have scripted our first race of the year to go any better than it did. We came out with blazing speed off the trailer, qualified fastest, and then led every lap of the feature,” Marsh shared. “Thanks to Chad and Corey Hedgecock at Eagle Racing Engines along with Modern Woodmen of America, Midway Marine, and all of our great supporters. Hopefully, this is the sign of things to come this year.”
Bryant Marsh Motorsports rolled into North Alabama Speedway (Tuscumbia, Ala.) on Saturday. Bryant started the night by circling the bullring with a 14.06-second lap in qualifications, which earned him the pole position for the night’s feature.
Leading every circuit of the finale, Marsh picked up the victory with Billy Flannagan, Oakley Gillespie, Bryson Mitchell, and Matthew Brocato rounding out the Top-5 finishers.

The team’s plans for the upcoming weekend are still tentative. If they race anywhere, they plan to return to North Alabama Speedway to pursue their second victory of the 2021 campaign.
